The condo is located steps away from the beach and miles of white sugar sand to walk and play on. It is in building 8, which boasts an elevator while also being the closest building to the ocean. From the balcony, you have a view of the beach - the perfect spot for enjoying coffee in the morning, a glass of wine in the evening, or even a family meal. Renovated in late 2023, this condo offers new cabinets for the kitchen and dining area, a bar, and brand new flooring. Other upgrades include full remodels of both bathrooms. The main bedroom has a king bed that offers a view of the ocean, while the guest bedroom has two twin beds. The living room features a sofa bed for additional sleeping space.
The kitchen is fully equipped and helpful extras include a coffee maker and a blender. There is a full-size kitchen table to eat at or play games in the evening. This marvelous condo also has a washer and dryer for you to use so pack light. The resort has two pools to enjoy, one of which is heated and there are four hot tubs on the property for you to relax in after a day at the beach.
There is 24-hour gated security at this vacation home so you don't have to worry about the kids walking to the pool and enjoying the amenities. While on vacation check out the tennis courts, they are free for you to use. A short walk to the beach and you'll find some of the best surf fishing in Florida. You are a quick drive from Historical St Augustine and there is even a trolley stop next door to the resort if you do not wish to drive. There are many restaurants close to enjoy and there is a farmer's market on Wednesdays at St Augustine Pier.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
