Gorgeous beach home!

Wilson is kind and easy to communicate with. His condo is located steps from a lovely beach with easy access and a sensational pool area. The house had a massive and comfortable couch/tv area and nice table for dinners at home. The primary bed is great and the balcony does not disappoint! If ever back in the area we’d love to stay again.

Nice condo!

Enjoyed our stay. Nice if you want to more quiet location. The Hoa needs to purchase a heater for the pool. Unfortunately it was too cold to swim.

Sunny get away!

Conveniently located near Old Town St.Augustine. Super close to ocean. Beautiful view from porch. Fully stocked kitchen. We were disappointed pool was not heated.

Love St. Augustine beach

This was a lovely property. It was clean as a whistle and the location was perfect. There were two ways to get to the beach, over the dunes and down the street. We loved that there were grills to use so we cooked out a lot. The beds were very comfortable as well. We recommend!

Summer Vacation

We had a great time! Cute, clean, and comfortable, this unit has everything you need for your vacation. Easy walk to beach, or drive if you have 4x4, and great views from the balcony. Host is responsive and welcoming. We hope to be back soon!

Great family getaway

Property was exactly as advertised- amazing beach access next to the pool. Grounds were well maintained but early morning tree trimming and maintenance prevented any sleeping in. Pool was beautiful and the beach was awesome, less than 5 min walk from door to beach. Couldn’t ask for a better location. Close to downtown and local attractions. We will definitely stay here again.

Vacay at the beach

Our family loved the rental. Very close proximity to beach and pool. The balcony has a great view of both. The house was very nice and comfortable, plenty of room for us. Host was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Would love to stay again in the future. Thanks again!

Beautiful unit and wonderful vacation

We've been coming to Spanish Trace for many years. We love it because it's so close to the beach. This condo unit was well equipped, and very beautiful. We love the decorations and had a wonderful time. Communication with the Host was seamless. We hope to be back ❤️

We enjoyed our stay, the condo was spotless, the beds were comfortable, which is important for my husband with back issues. Wilson was very helpful. The beach is a few steps away and there are beach chairs at the condo to use. We didn’t cook but I noticed all pots/pans available and in good shape. Just need to mention that the bathrooms are on the small side but very clean and nicely decorated. We would stay here again.

The sunrise from the balcony is gorgeous!!!

We absolutely loved the beautiful beach condo! It was easy for us to go back & forth to the beach multiple times a day! The owners accommodated us with a wagon, umbrella, and all the beach accessories we would need. They also checked in on us when power had gone out in the area. They asked us to let them know if we needed anything at all to help make our stay more comfortable. There is a restaurant on our road called the Oasis it was just a quick place to walk too. The grocery store was just a block away. The kids loved we were closed to all the fun on A1A. We highly recommend this condo for families!! My favorite part was having my coffee every morning on the balcony watching the sunrise & those waves crashing in!! 😍

Great location!

This unit is in a great location. The property is quiet and overall the grounds are very clean. The unit itself is a little outdated with a few broken things (cabinet door, the Nest to control the AC is coming off the wall and a few broken wall plug units) but nothing major. I’ve stayed in other units in this community and all of them are a bit more updated, offer full shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the bathrooms and this property does not. Not enough towels and toilet paper either so bring extras if you plan on staying here for a week. Also, the pots and pans in this unit are either completely rusted, dirty or close to breaking. So if you plan on doing any cooking during your stay, i wouldn’t stay here. Thankfully there is a restaurant right down the road that is walkable.

Overall we were very pleased.. just a few minor annoyances. The entrance door needs refreshing.. stains on the master bedroom mattress pad.. downstairs toilet seems to rock.. and the floors were “sticky” when we arrived.

The condo is GREAT! Everything you need is there with the exception of groceries. The location is perfect as it's only a few minutes away from just about everything. The thermostat is difficult to control, but I was able to contact the property owner and he was able to set it for me remotely. I will definitely be back soon!
