Enjoy a unique experience in a fully equipped and thoroughly decorated duplex condo (2 floors) with easy access to the private pool, garden and beach.
Located at the Spanish Trace condominiums on the 2nd floor.
Elevator available on the side of the building.
Only steps away from the beach where you can watch stunning sunsets views, birds, and dolphins.
Beach equipment also available that includes, 4 beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart, canopy, floaters, sand toys, boogie boards, and more!!
Outside the building, there is a big parking lot, Tennis court, Basketball court, grills, garden, outdoor pool, and even a car wash station.
Unit has been extensively renovated for your enjoyment with new bed frames (1King master and 2 double Full beds in the second room) quality foam mattresses in all beds, high quality sheets, pillow cases and awesome comforters for a great sleep experience.
Bedrooms are located in the second floor of the unit.
3 Smart ROKU TV’s in the unit for your enjoyment after spending a day in the beach, cable included.
Fast speed internet for remotely work.
Balcony furniture also available if you decided to enjoy the beautiful view of the pool and ocean without taking a step out the door.
Kitchen fully equipped.

Nice condo!

Enjoyed our stay. Nice if you want to more quiet location. The Hoa needs to purchase a heater for the pool. Unfortunately it was too cold to swim.

Great beach stay!

Older property but tastefully decorated and updated with all amenities we needed, convenient location, quick walk to beach, the beach chairs and wagon were a plus, and owner was very communicative.

Loved the property and proximity to pool and ocean. We were never able to regulate the air conditional using the nest thermometer. It seemed to revert back to 76 every 2 hours making the nights very uncomfortable. Lack of towels and wash cloths with only 6 towels for thw week and no wash cloths added to thw challenges. Otherwise everything else was good

Wonderful rental

Everything we needed was there beach chairs, beach wagon, and even sand toys. The furniture was comfortable. The pool was kept clean and the beach was right there.

Very well equipped and close to the beach!

The hosts were very helpful. The property was very well furnished and even the little details were attended to. The property is gated which is nice & you he beach access is very close to the property. The only negative is that the bathrooms are on multiple floors while the bedrooms are all upstairs. All in all it was a great trip.

We enjoyed our stay, the condo was spotless, the beds were comfortable, which is important for my husband with back issues. Wilson was very helpful. The beach is a few steps away and there are beach chairs at the condo to use. We didn’t cook but I noticed all pots/pans available and in good shape. Just need to mention that the bathrooms are on the small side but very clean and nicely decorated. We would stay here again.

2022 Family Holiday

Perfect location. Beautifully clean, updated condo with everything you need for beachgoers. Conveniently located right on beach entry. Beautiful sunrise right from living room, balcony, or master bedroom. Quiet neighborhood that is close to restaurants, shopping, and some events near Anastasia Park. Owner is very friendly and always available if needed. My sister and I were both very comfortable and will be coming back soon. Thank you for your hospitality.

Overall we were very pleased.. just a few minor annoyances. The entrance door needs refreshing.. stains on the master bedroom mattress pad.. downstairs toilet seems to rock.. and the floors were “sticky” when we arrived.

A Very Pleasant Stay

We are very familiar with Spanish Trace as my family owned a condo there for many years. The complex hasn't changed much; it's still well tended and convenient to the beach and restaurants. This unit was updated to look beachy and welcoming. One suggestion would be changing out the vanity top in the upstairs bathroom, just for the sake that it's too close to the toilet. Otherwise, it is really comfortable and would visit again!

Great location!

This unit is in a great location. The property is quiet and overall the grounds are very clean. The unit itself is a little outdated with a few broken things (cabinet door, the Nest to control the AC is coming off the wall and a few broken wall plug units) but nothing major. I’ve stayed in other units in this community and all of them are a bit more updated, offer full shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the bathrooms and this property does not. Not enough towels and toilet paper either so bring extras if you plan on staying here for a week. Also, the pots and pans in this unit are either completely rusted, dirty or close to breaking. So if you plan on doing any cooking during your stay, i wouldn’t stay here. Thankfully there is a restaurant right down the road that is walkable.
