Unser Haus liegt sehr ruhig auf einem Bergrücken zwischen Mauth und Finsterau. Das Haus mit der Nummer 13 ist eines der ersten Gebäude in Zwölfhäuser, urkundlich erwähnt wurde das Anwesen 1699. Die 5 Sterne Ferienwohnung wurde liebevoll renoviert und auf den aktuellen Stand gebracht. Die Wohnung ist ebenerdig, hat ein Schlafzimmer, eine vollausgestattete Wohnküche mit Essecke und SAT-TV, ein Badezimmer und Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Von unserem Garten aus haben Sie Aussicht auf den Lusen bzw. die umliegenden Bayerwaldberge. Im Sommer Wanderungen und Fahrradtouren ab Haus möglich. Im Winter ist der Loipeneinstieg in unmittelbarer Nähe.
