HOST CANCELLED on us THE MORNING OF OUR ARRIVAL DAY!!!

When I reserved this place and messaged Natalie an introduction of who we were and why we were in Phoenix I got NO RESPONSE.....I thought, oh well, that's ok. A week or so later, I messaged her asking about a hair dryer and got NO RESPONSE.....I was a little irritated but figured not a big deal. The day before check-in I messaged her asking how we access her place and got NO RESPONSE! On the morning of check-in I called her and got a voice mailbox that was full. Within 2 minutes after ending that call I got a message via VRBO saying our payment was refunded! So we were scrambling to find accomodations for that night!! Thankfully, in the end, we were able to extend our stay at the place we were at!!

No Response Host

Three weeks before our arrival, I tried to get in touch with the host. I wanted to add a date. I messaged, texted, and phoned four different times. The host did answer one of my phone calls with, "I'm with a client and I'm busy and I'll call you later, and she hung up. She never called back. VRBO also tried a couple of times with No response from the host. Three days before our arrival, I tried to get in touch with the host to find out the address of the condo and how to get in. The morning of our arrival, I get a message stating that the host had canceled due to water issues. This issue could have been addressed sooner. This left me scrambling to get a place to stay right before the Super Bowl Weekend! .
