Hummingbird House is a large 2,600 square foot home located in a glamorous upscaled community. Only 1.5 miles to the Empire Polo Grounds that host Coachella & Stagecoach. Superb location in the desert. It's a short drive away to Palm Springs, Old Town La Quinta, El Paseo, Joshua Tree, and other hot spot attractions. Close to dinning, fast food, Starbucks, pharmacy, grocery stores, and more. This community features 2 big dog parks for your fur babies to run around in and enjoy the sun.

Two-Story, very desirable Family Home with private Casita separate from main home. Massive-Impressive Entry separates the main home from the Casita, leading to front door or rear yard to the right through wrought-iron gate. Large kitchen with New Stainless Steel Appliances, center island overlooking great room with view of fireplace while in kitchen. Enjoy cooking meals, drinking some wine, and enjoying your company with this big open concept area. New flooding throughout. Laundry closet upstairs central located. Large family bathroom, and separate from tub tiled master shower with glass lass enclosure on one side and glass shower door. 2nd large family room upstairs with a table to enjoy games with the family. Separate Casita for additional guest, or those who prefer a little more privacy. Large rear yard for entertaining. Enjoy a game of Cornhole or Bocce Ball. This is a corner location which allows for additional parking if needed.

Plenty of on-site parking. 2 car garage with 2 additional spots in the driveway. Street parking is also available when needed.

Indian Wells 2023

Property was great and had everything we needed for our party of 9 adults. Backyard area with pool, spa and fire pit was amazing. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out and relax after a long day at the BNP tennis tournament. Communication with host was also easy and they were very responsive. Only issue we had was on Saturday with noisy neighbors throwing a party and blasting music till 1am, other than that was a great place to stay.

Delightful Desert Digs

My friends and I had a great time at Hummingbird House. It was the perfect space for our group - the pups loved it too! Easy check-in and checkout process, spacious interior, and an exceptional oudoor space perfect for entertaining are just a few of the things you can expect if you book this property. Brandon was wonderful, responsive, and extremely accommodating. IF I had one (small) complaint it would be that the pool could have been bigger - our group loves floats. Otherwise, we loved it!
