We’ve been residents of Sanger now for 31 years. We moved here from Denton after we got married looking for a close community to raise our children. All three of them have grown up in Sanger. John and I enjoy spending time with family and friends. We enjoy traveling when we can and our favorite place to visit is Colorado!

This home is right off I-35 it sits on 1/2 acre, is about 2,000 sq ft and has a car carport, There are 3 bedrooms in this home, each bedroom has a queen size bed with an extra 3in mattress topper on bed for additional comfort, each bedroom has a night stand next to bed with alarm clock and lamp. The master bedroom has an electric fireplace and a bathroom with a walk in shower with grab bars. There are 2 other bathrooms in this home, one located down hallway across from other bedrooms, is has a walk in shower as well. The final bathroom is located off the game room and has a jetted tub with grab bars for elderly. There are 3 sofa sleepers in this home 2 located in game room and one in front room for additional spaces for sleeping. These sofa sleepers also have 3 in mattress toppers on them for extra cushion. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave stove top and oven. Refrigerator with Ice maker, we have a drip coffee maker and we supply coffee and coffee cream and sugar. We also have pots, pans dishes, mixing bowls, silverware and utensils. In the kitchen also is where the washer and dryer is located. Front load washer and dryer. There is a bar in kitchen with 4 barstools for extra seating for meals. We also have an 8 ft. fold out table and folding chairs in first bedroom closet for additional seating for meals. We also have an office desk for anyone working away from home who needs the space to work. There is a BBQ grill in the backyard off of the porch and a ladder ball game in the first bedroom closet in case your family want to play ladder ball in the backyard while BBQing. This home is less then a mile from Starbucks, Chicken Express, QT, Kwik Kar, Oreilly's, Jack in the Box, McDonalds, Dominos Pizza, Family Dollar and so much more. Lake Ray Roberts is less then 10 Miles from this home. The Downtown square is 5 min away from this home as well as the Porter Park.
