About this property
Close to everything, walk to surf, elevated views.
this tranquil beach property offers a true escape into tropical serenity.
Just a short five-minute stroll from one of Mexico’s most celebrated left-hand point breaks, this destination is beloved by surfers from around the world.
With warm ocean water and gentle sea breezes, it’s a slice of paradise for anyone seeking sun, surf, and a slower pace.
Ocean views, airy open layout, and seamless indoor-outdoor living designed to complement the natural rhythm of the sea.
Casa Sirenas is set back from the beach, with an elevated view of the point break to the south, as well as the north coast.
The open air construction is classic Mexican style, with sea breezes and covered verandas keeping the temperatures comfortable.
The bedrooms are good-sized, each with it`s own bathroom.
The pool is shared if there are guests in the Casita by the beach.
Our caretaker Alicia is available for preparing meals, pricing to be determined with her.
Our Caretakers, Alicia and Alfonso, are available to answer most questions that you may have. I also generally make myself available by text or email during your stay.
Alicia is available for cooking meals for you during your stay. She does a wonderful job of preparing traditional Mexican food, and local seafood. If that interests you, talk with Alicia and she can tell you the costs based on the meal and number of people to be served.
You are also free to use any of the surfboards, boogie boards, paddle boards or kayaks in the `Board Room`, which Alfonso can show you. I cannot vouch for the condition of any of these, as they get used pretty hard, but if any suit you, please use them. I suggest you bring your own fins and leash, as they tend to disappear for some reason. There are several rental shops down the beach at reasonable prices, also. Lourdes Board Rentals is the closest to the house, and she is a very sweet person who also offers lessons.
One more thing: Alicia will handle changing bedding, sweeping and mopping, and general cleaning during your stay. Alfonso is the caretaker of the pool and grounds. He will also change out the drinking water bottles for you.
Please be aware that the tile floors are VERY slippery when wet!!
Please leave a tip for them when you leave, in whatever amount feels right to you.
I am generally available by email or phone during your stay if you have questions or concerns. I may not be able to answer right away, but I will be checking my messages daily.

About the host
Hosted by Scott Merritt
We are based in California and come to Mexico to vacation whenever we can. We love travel and adventure.
Why they chose this property
We have been traveling to Mexico for years and wanted a place we could invite the extended family to join us, but since we aren't there year round, we also want to make it available for you to share with your family.
What makes this property unique
We fell in love with this gorgeous place on first sight. The views. The ocean. The pool. The traditional design. What more could we ask for?
