Quaint Cottage

A camping cottage has 1 Queen bed and 1 Full bed, ( linens & towels included), a table & chairs, a small fridge, and a guest controlled thermostat for comfort. Steps away is the beautiful main building with coded bathrooms, a lounge (t.v.& wifi), and a laundry room. The Wi-Fi signal is best in the Lounge, but the Cottage usually has great cell phone service. A camping cottage is a perfect upgrade to tenting or a unique break from standard hotel rooms. No cooking or pets in the cottage. As you drive into Ozark Estates RV Park, there is a Check-In building that will have your map with your last name. It is located inside, on the wall next to the front door. A 24/7 host contact number is provided to text or call for codes or for any assistance. Contact host for approval if more than a 3-night stay is needed! For the safety of all our guests, only registered guests are allowed on property. Check in after 1 PM and check out is 11 AM. Additional fees will be applied for late check out, damage to cottages or any excessive residual odors from smoking.

The cottage had such a comfortable feeling. It was so nice to have heat and cooling option. A big step up from tent camping! The lodge nearby had extremely clean shower and restroom facilities. Sitting in the lodge area with coffee, snacks, and tv was comfortable as well.

Absolutely lovely!!!

We stayed in the cottage while in Lebanon for a baseball tournament. We absolutely LOVED our stay!! The cottage and entire facility was as clean as can be, cozy, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The owners are wonderful to work with as well. Check in was extremely easy. The park is brand new. You can tell that the owners take great pride in their facility. We will return!

Easy access and Clean.

Stayed in Cabin #1. Everything was good minus the expected WIFI. Cabin #1 is only about 10 yards from the Guest House, and WIFI was not strong enough to connect. Since there are no TVs in the cabins, WIFI was needed.

Perfect stay for our 4 day getaway

This place is picture perfect and accurate to every detail! The host was amazing and helped us with ideas to take our son. I loved the private bathroom being a stone throw away from our cabin & seeing deer and fireflies outside our door was a bonus surprise! We stayed 4 days and 3 nights- traveled to Branson and the Ozarks and this was a perfect in between place to rest between adventure filled days. Air conditioning was ice cold, loved the added mini fridge, beds were comfy and we slept peacefully tucked away from sounds of the busy roads. We will definitely recommend and return on our next travels! Thank you for making my 40th birthday weekend effortless and enjoyable!

Best mini getaway!

This location was incredibly clean, organized, & thoughtful. Our youngest son wanted to float down the river & to our surprise while checking in was a personalized birthday message that paved the way to an excellent stay. We all had so much fun & enjoyed the stay so much our sons wanted to return the favor with chocolate & their own thank you note to the awesome owners. They truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasurable. Our cottage seemed so large. The bathrooms were so clean & also comfortable in size. The boys played catch in the yard, chess in the lounge, we grilled, & had a fire in the pit to relax by. We highly recommend this adorable location & can’t wait to come back with friends.

Perfect Cabin

This is a very nice RV park! We were there a little late in the season so there were only a couple campers still in the area. The parking lot and camper spaces were very well taken care of and clean. The check in process was extremely easy and we had a map waiting with our name on it to show us where our cabin was. The cabin looked newly renovated and was extremely clean. The clubhouse area and bathrooms were also very well maintained and very clean. The host was easy to get ahold of and the checkout process was seamless. Overall an amazing stay! We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Luxe for a càbin price

I was pleasantly surprised with how nice everything was decorated and how new everything looked and the upkeep was excellent. Courtney went above and beyond when one of our group members arrived early and she met them personally to assist them with directions and check in. I was VERY impressed.

Why they chose this property

Located right on historic Rt. 66 and located "somewhere in the middle" of Missouri, we found this little piece of property right off of 144. Perfectly nestled in the middle of a tree lined property and no view of the highway, yet close enough to make the trip an easy in and out stay.
