This old country house is located in the Vacqueyras wine region on the outskirts of the village of Sarrians.
Your host cultivates 7 hectares of old vines in Vacqueyras.
Your holiday home is from the 18th Century country house with Provençal charm. It is in the countryside 3 km from the village of Sarrians.
You can expect a shady terrace under a gazebo planted with wisteria, a beautiful pool with sun loungers (6 mx 3 m, depth 1.30 m, sole use) and a brick barbecue.
The house consists of two floors. On the ground floor you will find the fully equipped kitchen with pantry (electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, induction hot plates, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster ...), the living / dining room with a large fireplace (dining table, sofa, 2 armchairs, satellite TV, wireless) Internet connection), a hallway and a large shower room with toilet, washing machine and dryer. All rooms have direct access to the terrace and the garden.
Upstairs you will find a large bathroom with toilet, a bedroom with a double bed (180 cm, 2 electrically operated mattresses), a second bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a third large bedroom with a double bed (160 cm, 2 electrically operated mattresses) and Sofa bed (160 cm).
A baby cot and high chair are provided on request
Vehicles can be parked in front of the house, one space is covered. Well-behaved pets can be brought on request. All shopping can be done about 8 km away. Your gracious host lives in a separate wing of the country house.
