The newly built apartment (44 sqm) is located in a quiet residential area right on the edge of the forest in the Jena foxholes.
The apartment is modern, fully furnished and has a full kitchen, which is integrated into an open plan living area.
It is about 3 km from the city center. There is a bus stop 650 meters away and a tram stop a little further on. A supermarket can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. A parking space is available on the property, if necessary, a second parking space can be used.
The apartment has a small green area with seating for breakfast in the open air. The apartment has a separate entrance from the outside. Hiking trails start right at the house.
The apartment is very suitable for long stays.

Über den Dächern von Jena

Die Wohnung war sehr schön. Die Ausstattung war perfekt und der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut. Auf unsere individuellen Wünsche wurde sofort eingegangen. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb. schoen am Wald gelegen. Der Supermarkt ist 10Minuten entfernt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft zu 100%weiterempfehlen

Die FeWo ist großzügig geschnitten, befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Lage und hat alles was man braucht. Die Anbieter sind sehr zuvorkommend und auch sehr gut zu erreichen. Sie helfen gerne weiter. Ein eigener Parkplatz direkt vor dem Eingang ist auch vorhanden. Definitiv weiterzuempfehlen!

Sehr gemütliche super ausgestattete Ferienwohnung

Sehr gerne wohnten wir während unserer Jenaer Erkundungstage in der super ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung, in ruhiger Lage und dennoch nahe der Stadt, so dass wir mit dem PKW Stadt und Umland schnell erreichen konnten. Eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit gab es in der Nähe und mehrere Einkaufscenter in der weiteren Umgebung. Der Kontakt zu den Gastgebern war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich.

Sehr schönes Urlaubsziel
