Originally from L.A. County but we now reside in La Quinta, CA. We split time between the cabin and La Quinta.

Why they chose this property

We chose this mountain spot as our 2nd home because it is close enough for us to spend every weekend there if we wanted, being only 1 hour or less from most places in the Inland Empire and only 1.5hr from Palm Springs. We knew this location mostly avoids the Big Bear traffic on holidays. It is centrally located to all the mountains communities with gas stations, shopping on a small scale and grocery stores. And among other things snow and outdoor activities too. We love the spot and our spacious home with a big, fenced back yard.

What makes this property unique

Our cabin is surrounded by several 100'+ trees. You will find Oak trees, Pine, Spruce, Cedar and Redwood trees on property. Plenty of space inside and out.
