This cozy spacious one floor single family villa has high ceilings and is freshly painted with new carpets and mattresses in the guest and master bedrooms. Master bath has a soaking tub and separate shower. Guest bath has a shower tub combo. Guest bedroom and bath can be separated from common area with a pocket door located in the hallway. The den has a dresser with tv and pullout couch that has 2 twin beds.

Enjoy your morning coffee in the extended lanai. Beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you’ll need for an extended stay. Steps from the community pool and club house. Plenty of parking with 2 car garage and driveway. Cable and high speed internet for your streaming and working needs.

We are from the northeast and came to Lely Resort to visit friends and fell in love with the community and people. Being from NY you’re always on the go; once we get here, the stress melts away. We love spending our days at the beautiful beaches, walking through Lely Resort, and spending our evenings downtown for a great meal. We were lucky to find this beautiful villa in a quiet community to call home. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Calumet Reserve is a beautifully manicured gated community located in Lely Resort. The Resort is has three golf courses; 2 championship public courses, The Mustang and Flamingo Island; and the exclusive private Classics. There are great restaurants and shopping nearby. A quick drive to the beautiful white sand beaches of Marco Island, Naples Pier and beaches, and the famed Naples 5th and 3rd Avenues for fine dining and shopping.
