On the beach, even better than the pictures!

If you are looking to be on the beach in Puerto Aventuras and this place is available, BOOK IT RIGHT NOW! It is great. Clean, comfortable, and right on the beach. The beach is great for swimming, kiteboarding, and more. But there are a lot of rocks and the resorts built breakers so not great for surfing/boogieboards. Amazing stay! The host provided everything we needed and more for us to have a great stay. Definitely would come again.

Perfect Place for Families

I can't say enough good things about this property. Given recent news stories, we were a little hesitant about taking our family to the Cancun area, but this condo is inside a gated community and we felt very safe. The property owners contacted me by phone both before and during our stay and were so helpful. Oscar, the onsite property manager, was very accomodating in answering all my questions and even set up our Covid testing prior to our return to the US with a company that came to us in the condo. The unit was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The beach right outside is lovely with good snorkeling. It is also conveniently located for accessing cenotes, Xacaret parks, and a nearby grocery store. Our kids loved the Dolphin Discovery a short walk away. I would absolutely stay at this property again.
