This ground-level, roomy 2000 sq. foot condo home is a quiet, tranquil retreat. Perfect to relax after your adventures each day or for a peaceful relaxing day at the beautifully maintained grounds and large sparkling pool. There are three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms with showers. Spacious open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining room with patio dining area and gas BBQ. There are large sliding glass doors overlooking the patio, grounds, pool and marina canal.

This condo is less than a half mile from the town square including public beach access, Dolphin Marina and numerous restaurants and shops.

Sleeps 6, King bed and futon in master, both a Full and Twin bed in 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. Spacious kitchen, dining and living rooms with free wifi and cable tv.

Catch a boat to go deep-sea fishing right out your back door. Enjoy discount prices for fishing or snorkeling/catamaran excursions. Plenty of room for scuba gear. Boat mooring onsite available.

Large comfortable vacation spot

A unique pool just out the patio door, with the waterway to a marina just beyond that. Enjoyed watching the party and fishing boats pass by. Nicely appointed condo. Very comfortable home, and great hosts.

We stayed here over Christmas and New Year. Lalo the property manager was extremely helpful picking us up from the airport and even getting us some groceries as we arrived on Christmas Eve. The condo is very spacious with a lovely patio area right next to the fabulous swimming pool. Puerto Aventuras is a lovely secure community with great restaurants around the dolphins in the marina.

This was a wonderful place. Lots of boat traffic on the marina. The pool was enjoyable but quite close to the patio. The walk to town was only 8 minutes and this condo was only a 15 minute walk to fantastic walking trails. We enjoy this area and hope to return. G&M

Beautiful, tranquil, and safe.

This was our first trip to Puerto Aventuras and it was a wonderful experience. The owner was very responsive to all of our questions and provided all the needed information to reach our destination prior. Upon arrival in Cancun, Senor Lalo, the property manager was at the airport waiting and made the trip to the condo very easy. We stopped for groceries and beverages along the way. The condo itself is beautiful and very spacious. The beds are extremely comfortable and it was even stocked with coffee, condiments, and breakfast cereal. During our stay, we enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the nightlife of Puerto Aventuras which is quiet with great food and a peaceful atmosphere. Senor Lalo lives nearby and was always available to provide information about the area or to help with anything we needed, including shuttles around the area. I highly recommend staying here if you want a nice relaxing family vacation in a beautiful and secure setting away from, but still only a short ride to, the hectic tourist areas of much of the Cancun coast. We hope to return.

Beautiful fun location

We loved staying at this beautiful property. The kids had so much fun with the pool right outside the back door and the we all loved the veggie market and the nightlife around the dolphinarium. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. The host and property manager were very helpful and great to work with. We hopefully will be able to stay here again sometime!

Authentic Mexico

This was my best trip to Mexico yet. Loved staying away from tourist center and being able to walk to a quiet beach. The kids loved the pool which we had pretty much to ourselves. Lalo the property manager picked us up and brought us to the airport and also gave us a ride to xcaret. He was around often to ask questions and help. He even offered to arrange Covid tests for us but we were able to get them at xcaret park. Only two nits: the first night we arrived the girls went to shower and we found five giant cockroaches in the shower. They just kept coming out of the drain. I found bug spray in the closet but was quite a bit of screaming for 20 minutes. Second we were without electricity one evening but was the entire block so wasn’t fault of the property. We found a card game to play with phone lights.

Perfect setup for a family of 4. Everyone had their own bedroom and private bathroom. Pool that felt like our own right out back and the canal where we watched boats all day. Owners and caretaker very helpful with suggestions. Even recommended a private fishing trip that was very special.

Best condo!

I stayed at this condo with my 11 year old son, my 70 year father and my cousin's family which included two children, 6 and 9. This was a return trip for both my son and I as we love this condo and the town it is in. We all had a wonderful and exceptional experience. First and foremost, the condo is well laid out. Even though there were 7 of us, we never felt crowded as each room as a bathroom and there is amble space in the common areas. We made and enjoyed wonderful meals together. The swimming pool is right outside the patio door and it is a roomy well maintained pool which, again, never feels crowded. The little town of Puerto Adventuras is a gem. We went often to the marina for coffee in the morning and margaritas in the evening which we enjoyed with the dolphins playing nearby. We will return as often as we can.

This is a beautiful and safe property. The owner keeps it in immaculate condition. The view is incredible and all of the amenties are absolutely wonderful. Very safe enviorment. The employees at all of the stores and restaurants are great. They take first class care of you!!!! I can not wait till I return and I will soon. A great value as well.

This is an excellent place to stay and better than described. We stayed here for 3 weeks Feb 1 - Feb 22, 2013. This was our first time staying in Mexico longer than a couple of week and first time not at an all inclusive. We definitely will do the condo rental from now on after this experience. The owner is wonderful to deal with. Fast replies on emails and also contacted me by phone. The property manager Lalo is also wonderful and very helpful. He is an invaluable resource when wondering wher to go for eating, food, excursions. This is a great location, beach is not too far (less than 10 min), lots of action on the marina with fishing boat coming and going. Very quiet location. Condo has everything required to enjoy your stay. We definitely will be back! Blair & Fran

Why they chose this property

We looked at many properties before selecting this gem. We love being on the ground floor just steps away from the pool and canal with the shade of our patio either at the dining table or lounge chairs. Each bedroom is roomy and has a large closet as well as an attached bathroom so you have more privacy during your stay. The neighborhood is so quiet for maximum relaxation. The pool is crystal clean, quiet and relaxing.

What makes this property unique

Ground floor, 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, steps away from the large pool. Quiet, secure community/neighborhood.
We enjoy sitting on the patio or in the shade of the palm trees and watching the boats going in and out of the marina. Close to many good restaurants, there are also many good places to eat across the highway in the pueblo.
