It is a tropical beauty of the Mayan Riviera with all the modern comforts you would expect. Private condo located in a gated, exclusive village on the Mayan Riveria, Yucatan Peninsula, Mexico. Puerto Aventuras is famous for its quaint restaurants, shops and the famous Dolphin Discovery and Wildlife Habitat - all of which are literally a few steps away from our doors. Unlike most vacation condos, ours includes Private Pool, private Beach, Golf, Tennis, Deep Sea Fishing, Snorkeling/Scuba are all at your door and only a few steps to the nearest restaurant and entertainment. All linens and towels provided, plus washer & dryer. Full functioning kitchen Local attractions include: Mayan ruins of Tulum, Cozumel, shopping in Playa del Carmen, Xcaret and more!3rd floor with patio overlooking marina with a 1 minute walk to beach and pools. Private beach with palapas for Chac halal residents and guest. 2 minute walk to dolphin discovery and restaurants on the lagoon. Taxi stand 5 minute walk and the PA Beach club (Old Omni) next door. Puerto Aventuras is extremely safe with a gate to enter puerto Aventuras and another gate to enter Chac Halal. 55 minute ride from Cancun airport and 1 hour ride from the new Tulum airport. 12 miles south of playa del Carmen’s 5th street , xcaret and ferry to Cozumel. 25 miles north of Tulum ruins and xel ha. Chac Hal al property manager on site and our rental agent in puerto Aventuras. Great place to relax with family, explore Mexico, or party in playa del Carmen which has several fantastic restaurants and bars.

Myself and two friends bought this condo in 2005 after going to puerto Aventuras for the first time. We all play a lot of golf and visit frequently, some guy trips, some wives trips and some family trips. It is a great relaxing easy to get to place. We just rent this unit a few times a year to help pay the bills.
Why they chose this property
Quiet, end of the road on a peninsula / jetty with beach in the front and marina in the back. Best location in puerto Aventuras
What makes this property unique
Sitting on the patio , drinking coffee watching all the Charter boats and booze cruises heading out in the morning is a great relaxing way to start off your day or ease over to the beach and sit under a private palapa and watch the sun rise. Large hotel style breakfast next door and the Pa beach club or find a small cafe for something on the lighter side. We have an ice chest in the condo if you want to pack your own beer which can be purchased at the local oxo 3 minutes away. Several restaurant around PA for lunch or just outside the PA gate is a full size chedraui grocery store if you want to cook in the condo. You can buy fresh fish from the charter boats when they come in around 3/5 o’clock. At night Nauti burro usually has a band or karaoke and good tacos, there are a couple of Italian, Mexican and Asian restaurants around the lagoon. One afternoon I highly recommend catching a taxi which is on the south side of the buildings on the lagoon and go to Playa del Carmen. Asked to be dropped off a 5th and 10th and explore 5 street. You will find plenty of shopping , dinner and entertainment . You can catch a taxi on every intersection on 5th st. When returning home just tell them you are going to Chac halal next door to the PA beach club in puerto Aventuras. All golf courses rent clubs and tee times can be made by calling the course direct or Google riviera maya golf/ golf now. Charter fishing can be booked by just walking through the marina. Dive trips can be booked through dive shop next door. Pa beach club can help you with excursions . Booze cruise can be booked with Fat cat charters located around the lagoon. Have fun and treat playa del Carmen like you would any large city in the US. Stay off dark streets and come home before midnight and you won’t have any problems.
