Great view of the marina, pool and waterway. This Los Vientos condo located in the beautiful gated resort of Puerto Aventuras on the Riviera Maya comes with 2 kayaks included. You can fish, swim with the dolphins, wade/swim in the ocean, golf the course, and dive the barrier reef – all within 5 minutes walking distance.

Enjoy gourmet restaurants and shops surrounded by a terrific Caribbean view including palm trees, beautiful flowers, dolphins, shows, music and drinks.
The space
The condo has 3 nicely decorated bedrooms, and includes 3.5 baths:
• King bed Master with private full bathroom, AC unit with remote, Casablanca ceiling fan
• Queen bed with private full bathroom, AC unit with remote, Casablanca ceiling fan
• Queen bed with private full bathroom, AC unit with remote, Casablanca ceiling fan
• Half bathroom in the hallway

The space includes four Casablanca ceiling fans in the living and dining room which overlook the outside patio, swimming pool, marina, waterfall and yachts.

Comfortable living room with sofas and corner workspace, includes 55" Smart TV, Blueray/DVD player and radio. Unlimited 200Gbps GigNet high speed fiber-optic Internet WIFI included.

The dining room table seats six comfortably with an additional four stools at the kitchen bar.

Kitchen is stocked with everything needed to feel at home:
• refrigerator
• microwave
• 4-burner stove/electric oven/toaster
• coffee maker, blender
• china, silverware, pots and pans

In unit laundry room w/new washer and dryer behind sliding mirrored doors.

Private garage available for long-term renters.

Located only one hour from Cancun Airport (60 Km), rental cars available, buses available will leave you at the gate only 3 blocks from Bahia Yanten.

The Property Manager, Lalo, lives around the corner and is available to help schedule events and arrange transportation to/from the airport, store, etc.

Amazing Place and easy access to everything!

The property owner, Craig, is amazing in communication!! Made every step so easy. I have stayed at many VRBO's and he has been the most communicative and most attentive to ensure a smooth vacation! The property was clean, and had everything we needed. Bed were cozy, pool was great and the grounds keeper was super nice and helpful in keeping us stocked in water! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Thank you so much Craig for my first time in Mexico! I can't wait to go back!!
