A nice week away

The location is really great, the property is well maintained and clean and the beach is right up the street. Seaside park has a nice community feel to it as well. Very enjoyable area to stay in and relax.

Great location to the beach and very clean! Beds were comfortable and the kitchen is nicely stocked. The old doors need to be replaced, but otherwise good!

Enjoyed my stay but I had specifically emailed the host to inquire about beach passes and was told that 4 beach passes came with the weeks stay. When I arrived and there were none, I contacted the host and was told that they decided not to supply beach passes this year after I specifically asked and received a confirmation email from him.

Excellent Beach House Experience

The place was just as advertised and was clean and spacious enough. Proximity to beach, boardwalk and places to eat was great and there were plenty things to do. Just a fantastic stay and very seemless. Kishore was a great host and very available for questions and guidance. Look forward to coming back again.

Great location with walk to beach and bay. It wasn’t clear in the description and photos that this was a 2nd floor out of 3 floors rental but the owner answered that promptly. The rental was good for a family of four with enough space.

Beautiful quiet and comfortable! Steps from the beach! Thank you

My family really enjoyed staying at Kishore’s place… The beds were comfortable, there were air-conditioning units in every room, full kitchen, and steps from the beach… Kishore was excellent at communicating and we would love to come back again! It was nice because my sister and her family and my parents were able to rent three units and all be in one building together. Thank you so much for wonderful vacation.

Family Get together

We had an enjoyable stay. The place was nice and clean. We were not far from our family members who also where staying at the shore. My room had a balcony that you can sit out on. (They need to fix the screen door to the balcony because you can get stuck out on the balcony, which I did. I would definitely stay there again.

I am just out of words and I must admit this review did break our heart!. This home was gut renovated and pretty much everything was practically new with tags on most of the furnitures. Sad part was, our property care taker went above and beyond to provide everything this guest has requested. This guest was the 3rd stay and everyone else , just loved it. Not to mention, our property care taker was running around on a busy memorial weekend to help satisfy this guest’s “wants”. Matter of fact, our property care taker had to provide this guest with a brand new grill as the guest didn’t like another new grill that was there. There is no point in staying the entire duration, enjoying everything and writing a vague bad review; I guess, we cannot satisfy everyone. With that said, we are going to focus on the majority of our guest who communicate with us and work with us to make their stay comfortable, “while staying at the property”. I believe No one gains anything by writing a bad review, instead work with us to make your stay more memorable. Matter of fact over 80% of our guest have turned out to be a year over year repeat guest, across all of our properties. We strive to provide the best experience possible for every guest. We are home away from your home on Jersey Shore!

The property was immaculate- floors, bathrooms, and bedding were clean and ready when we arrived. Checking in was easy and access to the beach was perfect. Having a washer/dryer at the Shore is really fantastic. Location was quiet yet perfect walking distance to restaurants and boardwalk and the BAKERY!!!Highly recommend!!!

This apartment is so convenient. We loved it's proximity to the beach, the bay, restaurants and more.It seems a quiet neighborhood.I recommended some better outdoor furniture although we made do.The host is very thorough and responds promptly.
