This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath fully furnished home has tile, carpet, ceiling fans and plenty of natural light throughout the home . Unwind from the evening in the heated pool or spa, sit by the fireplace and enjoy your favorite beverage. Jaw dropping mountain views from every direction and breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. Backyard is great for entertaining family and friends. You will find premium amenities in the Scottsdale Mountain Community that include basketball /tennis courts and hiking trails. Close to Phoenix Open, Barrett Jackson, 5 star restaurants, entertainment, spring training facilities, shopping, golf courses and major freeways.
This rental has a 30 day minimum requirement.
Pets will need to be approved per booking with pet deposit.
There will be monthly cleaning at tenant's expense and utilities over $250 per month will be deducted from Tenant's electricity deposit. Please inquire within.

First time "Snowbirds"

We booked a stay for 6 weeks (mid-November to end of December), to see if we might like the snowbird lifestyle in the future. The house was excellent as was the Scottsdale Mountain area. It was mostly my wife and I, but we also had family and friends join us during this time, which worked out well. The house is well designed and appointed, and the backyard is beautiful, with pool, spa and views. Definitely consistent with the pictures.

Paradise at Scottsdale Mountain!

The house was perfect in every way. It was very clean and had everything your could want or need for a great stay. The views are outstanding and the pool/spa/fire pit/BBQ area is beyond relaxing. It is close to everything including world class golf, hiking trails, great supermarkets and restaurants ranging from Burger/beer places to high end Italian. Lastly, the landlord/ownership is first class and they assist on everything and anything you need. Honestly, we had a GREAT time!!!

Wonderful Home With A Great View!

We really enjoyed our stay in your home. The layout of the home is perfect and the view was great to watch the monsoons roll in. We plan on staying there again next year.

Amazing property and great location

This is an amazing home! The best house my wife and I have ever rented. It was clean open and well stocked with everything we needed. The yard was private and had a beautiful view. The pool and hot tub were a great way to relax and cool off. Our only regret is we didnt stay longer! Beth and her crew were so easy to communicate with and were quick to respond to all my questions. Thank you for your hospitality and sharing your home with us. We will be back!
