Casago House Rules
**Stays 21 days during 5/1-10/31 will require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.**
~ Check-in time is at 4:00 PM ~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM ~ Please remember! We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please make sure coordinate your travel plans ahead of time ~ Casago provides a starter pack which will include hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap. Please refrain from using "flushable wipes." ~ No pets or large gatherings ~ Renter must park in the garage or visitor parking spaces. Repeated over night parking in the visitor parking is not allowed. ~ No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens. ~ Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection ~ Utility caps apply. This 2 bedroom has a $150 utility allowance per 30 days ($5 per day.) Guest are responsible for any amount billed over the $150 utility cap. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer. ~ All Casago Homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance. ~ Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age. Reservation holder must be at the home unless approved in advance by Casago. ~ All reservations are subject to a background check and an additional screening fee. The reservation holder must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.

It started on first day we arrived when we were told that cable was canceled. Also noted on arrival was that the fire pit had been inoperable for a while and not what was as advertised. A portable table was delivered in week 4 but the repair was completed at 6 wks. Kitchen was adequately stocked, but kitchen garburator became inoperable. Property manager was quick to respond with a plumber but he advised not to use it.
Next item which was replaced was the garage door opener. Battery was not enough. The front door keyless entry was very convenient but like the above points, it also was showing wear and tear so we used the new garage opener to enter and exit for fear of the handle breaking.
The home is situated in a beautiful neighborhood, quiet street with friendly neighbors. The walking paths and trails were the best and well used. The yard and it’s sunsets were spectacular so spending time outside was wonderful.
Overall, a great location, community center (pool, hot tub, gym and tennis courts) were well maintained, enjoyable and appreciated.
The home location was perfect, the view stunning but the home needs attention! Maintenance to windows, doors, shower heads bed comforters/pillows, would go a long way especially for the premium rate they charged!!. Hope they can see their way to invest in this property so clients may experience the full value.

Very Nice Location close to shopping, dining and walking trails
Property was well stocked and had all the amenities that was listed on the site. Nice community heated pool and spa. Tennis courts in two areas

This property was spectacular with the view and access to anywhere we wanted to go. Even the community pool was heated and spent several ds there as a result. The host was gracious to provide my wife and I access on short notice. We loved our stay and would return again.

This property was a great place to stay if you like hiking, swimming, enjoying a hot tub and beautiful views. The house is a great accommodation for 2 couples or 2 people not the 6 as identified in the listing. There are 2 king sized beds. One has a softer mattress and the primary bedroom has a firmer mattress. All linens and towels were excellent.
