The single-story house features custom tile and elegant furnishings in a classy, neutral color palette. The culinarily inclined will love experimenting in the sleek kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, gorgeous marble countertops, and an elongated breakfast bar beneath delicate light fixtures. The open-concept layout means you'll be hard-pressed to find a spot without a canal view. The main bedroom boasts an especially great vantage point with a sliding glass door to the lanai. Guests of this room will be awed by the enormous en suite bathroom with a garden tub and an open walk-in shower, all in sparkling white.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
