This chic, updated cabin is nestled in the pine trees of Sprucewold, a 100-year-old, summer, log cabin community and is sure to provide an unforgettable Maine experience. Relax on the deck with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine and enjoy the peace and quiet of the woods with deer, wild turkeys and the tranquil sound of Woodcocks.

Or, take advantage of restaurants, boating, shopping and breweries, just a mile away in downtown Boothbay Harbor. Whatever you choose, its sure to be a memorable experience.

Once inside, you’ll see that it has been furnished with an original dining table, but most pieces are newly updated and includes a Restoration Hardware sofa and chairs. The original fireplace is still operational, and the mantel displays a 40-inch flat screen TV that has basic channels, or you can stream your own services if you have them: Netflix, YouTube, Amazon, etc.

The kitchen has been updated and includes a new refrigerator, sink, small appliances and countertops. It is perfectly designed and stocked with all the supplies you need to fix a simple breakfast or a gourmet dinner. A new propane gas grill is available on the back deck.

Lola's Lodge is a very quiet, updated, clean cabin convenient to Boothbay Harbor either driving or biking and walking if you don't mind walking a mile or so.” The location of the cabin is nestled in Sprucewold a wooded log cabin community adjoining the town, but far enough out of the rush to be quiet and peaceful.”

What makes this property unique

The front deck is a great spot for taking in a lazy morning or afternoon. Kick back in an Adirondack chair or take a nap on the sofa. If you’re feeling more adventurous, take a walk down Crooked Pine Street and enjoy the wildlife. You can catch a glimpse of the ocean through tall pine trees or walk to the floating dock for fishing. Barrett Park is right around the corner and is great for kayaking, swimming, canoeing or picnicking.
