General & Kitchen: Leave beds unstripped. Place used towels in bathroom. Check for belongings. Wash dishes, start dishwasher, and remove leftover food from fridge/freezer.
Trash, Amenities & Setup: Take trash to outdoor bins (secure lids). Close hot tub cover. Extinguish fireplace. Clean grill if used. Set thermostat: 75°F (cool) / 65°F (heat).
Final Check & Departure: Lock all doors/windows. Report damages. Checkout by 10 AM. Late fees may apply. Secure trash—wildlife active. Drive safely.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Must agree and sign rental agreement prior to arrival.

The bathroom floor has really bad soft spot from water damage that was there when we checked in… the bathroom light switch is in the outside if the bathroom so you have to turn light on before you can close the door washing up the person in bed during the night

The property is regularly inspected and maintained, and the bathroom floor issue will be addressed by our maintenance team to ensure safety and comfort for future guests. Regarding the light switch, the layout and placement are as shown in the listing photos and descriptions. We appreciate your input and will keep it in mind for potential updates, but many guests find the setup works well once familiar with it.
