Freshly renovated oceanside beach cottage with 3 BDRMS and 2 full BTHs as well as an outdoor shower. The cottage has a wrap-around porch and a rooftop deck with AMAZING Sunrise, Sunset and Beach views. 2 minute walk to the beach. Within walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, shops and bike/walking paths. Wright Brothers memorial, boat launches for fishing, and local golf courses are short drives. Perfect for families looking for an easy, relaxing beach getaway!
The beach cottage comes with all essentials. The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking or guests can use the grill on the side porch. Linens and towels are included. All TVs are equipped with Roku boxes and 40+ channels to live stream. High-speed wireless internet is available throughout the house. Desk for remote working. For a fun family night in, guests can find various games and puzzles. A full-size washer and dryer are available downstairs. In addition to house essentials, guests will also have access to beach necessities, e.g., beach chairs, bodyboards, etc.
Those looking for a relaxing spot to enjoy their morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail or sunset can access the rooftop deck, which includes a beach view. (on beach), Tortuga's Lie, Wright Brothers Memorial, Dowdy Park, Nags Head Pier, Pirate's Cove, and the Outer Banks retail outlets.
