The walking path along the river to the Nordic Center does offer breathtaking views, and we're glad you got to experience it. Thank you for the very nice review of Riverside Condos #C102. This is a great location with nice access to hiking and restaurants. We also appreciate the feedback regarding our guest services team. We will speak with the HOA about redesigning the balcony railings since those decks are the original design. We greatly appreciate the feedback and want to negate any potential hazards with the property, especially to children. Next time give us a call and we can find a temporary solution to install netting around the railing. Again thank you for taking the time to respond and we hope to see you again, especially if we can remedy the balconies.
