I stayed here for the Hotter n Hell bike ride, The cottage was nicely set up and is very quiet. It was an easy drive to Wichita Falls for the bike ride in the early morning, I would definitely stay here again next year.

With few options to stay with dogs, this cottage is a perfect spot to stretch your legs and enjoy the quiet neighborhood.

Location is kinda remote from city center. The property was great, clean (just need to dust the blinds please) and we’ll kept. I would stay here again.

A great place to stay for a night or two. Very quiet AC. Washer/dryer. WiFi works. Big TV includes a Roku guest account. And it doesn't gouge on the price. Wish there were more places like this one.
