We’re Clover and Rachel Carroll. We love Washington county and have lived here for over 20 years. We’ve worn many hats throughout the years. We were professional musicians in the band Back At The Ranch and writers for Texas Live Magazine where we wrote about Texas history and cool, off the beaten path, things to go, do, and see in Texas. We also produced and hosted a Texas travel show called “Down The Road”. You might see some of our stories and music at one of our bnbs. We currently have three bnbs available in Washington county; The Old Dairy, The Church House, and The Cotton Den. We hope you enjoy your stay and promise to give you a 5 star experience.

This perfect getaway affords easy access to Hwy 290 so that you can have it all- a full day of Round Top shopping and a 10 minute drive home.

The Cotton Den is only 10 minutes from Roundtop, Tx. It's a quieter antique experience.
