Noise

I had 4 rooms. Two of which was fine. The other two rooms were facing the same way. They were up all night from the club outside there window. I’m sure you were told about this. It wasn’t pleasant for those two families.

Great location, ok hotel, unresponsive host

Great location in the heart of Manhattan, other than the elevator taking a while the hotel was nice. The hotel was basic but did everything it needed to, staff were nice, and we had no issues with noise or air-conditioning like some reviews had stated.Although we were lucky enough to not run into any issues, the VRBO host was unresponsive. I asked several questions that never got an answer, I only received an intro message that was just copied from the description and nothing else. We ended up having no issues but not sure what you would do if you encountered one.
