This beautiful apartment with 2 large bedrooms (largest apartment type in a modern residence) seduces with modern facilities and an unforgettable view over the sea. The apartment is the ideal place to relax for the family or couples and leaves nothing to be desired. The apartment was completely renovated in June 2018 and furnished to a high standard.

This accommodation offers a beautiful bright living room with open kitchen and couch corner as well as two bedrooms, one with a large double bed and the second with two single beds. The Internet is available to guests free of charge and there is also a "Netflix Account" available, which will spread joy especially for the children.

Tolles Appartement in Toplage

Wir hatten 2 Wochen Familienurlaub in diesem schönen Appartement. Wir waren zum Surfen und Baden hier, die Surfschule und der Badestrand sind auch in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Den Supermarkt in Costa Calma erreicht man in 30 Fußmarsch. Wir hatten nur eine Woche einen Mietwagen, wenn man keine Ausflüge plant, ist es ohne Auto auch machbar. Das Appartement liegt wunderschön mit einem herrlichen Blick aufs Meer. Es ist sehr schön, mit allem Wichtigem, ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation vor Ort und auch mit den Vermietern war unkompliziert und es hat alles geklappt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Pariaso

We had a very nice time at playa Pariaso. The property manager was very nice and very helpful. The owner provided good detailed directions, however the property is somewhat isolated perched on a steep embankments and not the easiest to find. A car is definitely required to get to restaurants or grocery stores. The road to Pariaso is very rough with potholes and rental cars are probably not insured on this road. The owner strongly suggested we reserve a parking spot in the garage under the building at a cost of 7 € per day. This was not necessarily however and very few of the spots in the underground garage were occupied. Most parked for free aboveground. The vrbo was nice, however we did encounter a few imature cockroaches in the kitchen. The beach below the complex is beautiful, wide and long. However, to get to this beach, one must walk down a very steep path for 15 minutes or drive down on a very rough road. Once you get to the beach, it is beautiful and worth the trek. The facility supplied everything including bath towels but not beach towel unlike other properties we stayed at in Grand Canaria .

Tolle Aussicht, schickes Design und gute Betten

Schönes Appartement mit toller Aussicht. Sehr windige Terrasse. Gepflegte Anlage mit Schwimmbad (nicht geheizt, ich war immer alleine Schwimmen - wohl den meisten zu kalt). Es gibt die Möglichkeit für 7€/Tag einen Tiefgaragenplatz zu mieten. Auto ist unerlässlich. Wir waren bei ION in Risco del Paso beim Kiten. Super Team und netter als der Nähe Club.

Magnifique appartement !

Nous avons eu un excellent séjour dans cet appartement très lumineux, très spacieux et très moderne. Les 2 chambres étaient bien grandes avec des placards très pratiques. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la vue magnifique sur la mer et les alentours. Le centre de surf et de kite est en bas de l'immeuble, ce qui est très facile ! Merci aux propriétaires pour cet agréable séjour !

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt mit Meeresrauschen inklusive

Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt an der costa calma, sehr ruhig gelegen, trotzdem alles gut erreichbar. Wir waren mit unserem 3-jährigen Sohn, er hat sich sofort wohl gefühlt. Zwei separate Schlafzimmer, Betten verstellbar, geräumiges Bad, hübsche und praktische Küche, sehr moderne und neue Einrichtung. Das schönste war das Meeresrauschen, bei dem wir eingeschlafen sind. Mückengitter im Schlafzimmer vorhanden! Die Eigentümer sind jederzeit erreichbar, sehr freundlich & zuvorkommend und antworten sofort - vielen Dank nochmals für alles!! Also, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! :))
