Nice cozy apartment with terrace (60 m²) in Oldserum
It is a new building with 5 apartments. On the ground floor there is an apartment with a terrace of approx. 60m². And on the upper floor there are two apartments, each with 70m² and balcony. And on the upper floor there are two apartments, each about 46m². All apartments have underfloor heating.
The apartments are designed for 3 to 4 people except for the ground floor apartment (2 people).
We would be happy to provide you with an extra bed or cot.
Parking spaces are available on the property.
Apartment 2 is on the ground floor.
This apartment is approx. 60 m² and has a terrace.
Kitchen: kitchenette with electric cooker and dishwasher, fridge with freezer, kettle and coffee machine and garden furniture with grill.
A living room sofa with sleeping function. TV flat screen. A bathroom with toilet and shower. A hall with 10 m².
Each additional person will be charged an additional 5.00 euros.
Additional costs: A laundry package (1 shower-2 towels bed linen) per person 10.00 euros.
The house is located in the town center and is located directly on the hiking trail / bike path along the Dortmund-Ems Canal.
