Fantastic view, large terrace, grill, summer house -

The Villa Kaki is on a slope with a fantastic 180 ° view of the sea, the islands of Cres, Rijeka and Krk are on the slope and was completely renovated in 2012 and divided into 4 apartments.
A hiking trail leads past the house to Veprinac and the mountain Ucka, where you feel totally in nature. Spring and autumn invite you to go hiking, of which there are many.
The garden with fig tree, mandarins, cherries and kiwis invites you to relax with our sun loungers and our terrace under the kiwi trees.
A grill is available and a large dining table, whereby you may also get to know other guests of the house.

The apartment "Limun" is located on the ground floor with a large garden and an extra separate summer house with fridge and dishes, as well as a large terrace with an indescribable view of the bay, islands, palm trees and the sea of lights from Rijeka.
There are 2 separate toilets available in this apartment.


In just 5 minutes of stairs you are right in the middle of the action in Opatija. It takes a few minutes longer from the promenade, where you stop and enjoy the view.
You can also drive to the promenade in 5 minutes by car.
The parking lot is 70 meters away and free of charge.

Along the promenade are many diverse restaurants, cafes, playgrounds, casinos and stone beaches, a botanical garden, theater, wellness and much more.
There is a lot of culture in Opatija, such as operas, musicals, concerts and almost all under a blue sky with a view of the sea and palm trees.
Water sports games are also offered. For children there are sandboxes on the promenade, water games and small vehicles can be rented. The garden has kiwi, cherry and fig trees, with a large seating area directly under the kiwi trees. 6 comfortable loungers with parasols are available for sunbathing or relaxing. D The apartments are modern and have everything you need in a vacation rental incl. TV with many German programs and foreign channels.

September is a dream in Opatija - maybe not with school-age children. The water is warm from summer, the air is still 30 degrees and it is not overcrowded. It is e.g. B. in Opatija on the promenade in September in the large old Kvarner hotel offered the "Viennese waltz" with long evening dresses. It is also wonderful to watch these people and to hear this beautiful music, sitting by the sea and drinking champagne.

The water is warm and salty and good for your health. There are also hardly any waves, which makes swimming easier.

Entspannung an einem wundervollen Ort. Wir haben unseren Urlaub mit allen Sinnen genossen!!!

Wir hatten im Mai/Juni 2018 bestes Wetter. Die gemütliche, helle, saubere Wohnung, Garten und Gartenhäuschen konnten wir ausgiebig nutzen. Limun ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der Blick über die Bucht, ist wundervoll und immer anders. Auch nachts, wenn die Stadt Rijeka von ferne glitzert, sehr stimmungsvoll. Opatija City mit seinen Bars und Restaurants ist zu Fuß in 5 min. erreichbar. Mit dem Auto ins Naturschutzgebiet Ucka ist es auch nicht weit. Eine sehr hilfsbereite, deutschsprachige Ansprechpartnerin ist immer erreichbar. Perfekter Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder.

super Ambiente, grandioser Ausblick

in dieser heimlichen Atmosphäre mit der traumhaften Aussicht fühlten wir uns wie zu Hause. Auf der Terrasse mit d. Grill verbrachten wir wunderschöne Sommerabende mit grandiosen Blick auf das Lichtermeer von Rijeka. Wir freuen uns schon auf einen erneuten Aufenthalt.

+Terrasse +Garten +Blick auf Meer, Ort und sogar Feuerwerk +Kühlschrank im Gartenhäuschen +Grill +Wohnungsgröße gut für 2 +Opatija ist gute Ausgangsbasis für baden, wandern, Ausflüge +ohne Auto machbar, da Busbahnhof direkt unten -Treppen und Aufstieg vom Ort hoch sehr anstrengend, besonders mit den Einkäufen vom Supermarkt unten -Sauberkeit, insbesondere der Küche und der zahlreichen Deko -Kleiderschrank nur zur Häfte nutzbar, da Rest verschlossen -Nachbarhund(e) bellten oder fiepten sehr oft -Geschirtrtücher und Tischsets wurden in 3 Wochen nicht erneuert -Dusche undicht

Great holiday in Croatia

Thank you very much for the great place. Listing was accurate, everything was as presented and promissed. The property is clean, very well maintained. Owner was very friendly, opened and willing to help, or advice (places for eating). We would and will recommend this property to our friends and family. Sea view is really magical and evening glass of wine or morning yoga will be even greater with it. BIG THANK YOU!!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Unsere vierköpfige Familie (Kinder 10 und 12) hatte einen erholsamen Urlaub in Kroatien und wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung "Limun" sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles lief so wie verabredet und die Mieterin sowie die deutschsprachige Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet und hat ein modernes Bad sowie ein Gäste-WC und eine gut ausgestattete offene Küche. Das kleine Gartenhäuschen direkt neben der schönen Terrasse ist ebenfalls süß eingerichtet und wir haben den extra-Kühlschrank und die Herdplatte sehr geschätzt - man musste nicht weit laufen um noch ein kühles Getränk zu holen oder ein Espresso zu kochen :-). Der Blick von der Terrasse ist grandios. Abends gab es leider Mücken, aber wir haben von der nahe gelegenen Supermarkt (Billa) eine Anti-Mücken-Spirale geholt und konnten auch die Abende auf der Terrasse geniessen. Wir haben viele Ausflüge gemacht (Krk, Pula, Kamenjak Nationalpark, Moscenicka Draga), aber auch Opatija selbst und der Strand mit dem AquaZone für Kinder waren sehr schön. Ich würde die Ferienwohnung "Limun" jederzeit weiterempfehlen!
