We welcome you to Downtown Inn where Asheville is out your front door and the mountains are just minutes away. We are within a short walking distance of many of Asheville's hottest attractions. The Biltmore Estate and Biltmore Village are just a 10 minute drive and access to the Blue Ridge Parkway is just a 15 to 20 minute drive. This was the perfect spot for us to stay to enjoy the city. Everything we wanted to experience was just a few minutes away. Kiera was wonderful at the front desk. We had a great view from the balcony. The room was clean and had everything we needed.

Graduation Stay Location

The Downtown Inn was the perfect place to stay overnight before my daughter’s graduation. Convenient location in Asheville and pet friendly.The full size beds were too small to be comfortable, but other than that we had everything we needed.

We stayed in mid January so the 3 star pool rating is meant as a neutral, non-rating with a form that requires a rating.The neighborhood doesn't look great but we felt fine being there & it is conveniently downtown. The facility itself is older but clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is fine, like most hotel/motel chains - although we appreciated it not being closed down so early as many places do.The price was good. This is a good value motel.
