Good relaxing place to sleep outside Valdez

This is a very small apartment in the side of a house. Good for a couple people but small. One room with bed, kitchen. No couch. We wish there were more utensils, plates, bowls. etc. About 10 minutes from town. Seems a bit over priced but is fine for a couple looking for some peace and quiet away from town. We did see a black bear driving into Valdez.
