Relax by yourself or bring the whole family to this peaceful beach house less than a 5-minute walk to Jenness Beach. Enjoy the sun during the day and spend your evenings in the large private back yard. There are 2 bikes and 2 paddle boards onsite for your convenience! There are also 2 portable single sized, fold down mattress cots onsite that can be used for additional guests if needed. Visit the many restaurants in the area or grab coffee, lunch or surfing gear just down the street.

Relaxing get away

This house was a very relaxing way to see Rye. The space was comfortable and gave our 1 year space to crawl around and play. The kitchen was great and gave us the ability to cook our own fresh NH seafood.

My wife and I raised our kids in a beach town just outside of Portsmouth NH, where we enjoyed many days of surfing or just relaxing in the sun in the summer months and using different boards in the winter at the ski mountains!

Why they chose this property

This property is in a fantastic location. It's just a few minute walk to one of New Hampshires premier beaches (Jenness Beach) and also nestled between Portsmouth and Hampton NH - each about 7 miles away. There are endless things to do, from seeing concerts at the Casino Ballroom to taking sunset cruises to the Isle of Shoals. Enjoy great dining in every direction!
