Reunion Central.

We could not have found a more convenient, spacious, and suitable home to rent for a 25th reunion of great high school friends. Check in and check out were a breeze, the 10 minute walk to the beach was a joy. We created memories that will never be forgotten. I hope we get a chance to do it all over again someday.

Spring Girls Weekend

There were 6 of us friends and we go away together twice a year. The location of the house was close to Hampton and Portsmouth and right down the street from the ocean as advertised. The house is large with plenty of room for us to spread out. When we arrived, we were impressed by how clean the house was. We had plenty of clean towels. However, there were no blankets on the beds and on Friday night it was cold. We contacted the management team, and learned the blankets were kept in the closets. It would have helped if they were on the beds, or at the foot of the beds so we didn't have to hunt for them. We found the mattresses on the beds to be uncomfortable, as well as the furniture in the main living room. The kitchen cabinets were so high we needed a chair to reach anything above the first shelf. All in all we enjoyed our stay. For the price charged, we feel the mattresses and furniture could be updated, and a step stool should be added to the kitchen to reach the shelves.

Quiet, spacious, beautiful.

The property was not only fully functional - all home comforts/amenities, it was HUGE! The property has 4 porches - master suite has a private deck! The rest of the property had plenty of lovely touches to remind you of the care the owners take to make guests feel comfortable.
