Villa Z is arranged across two levels and offers generous accommodation with four en-suite bedrooms in the main house, complemented by two independent guest houses providing three additional en-suite bedrooms. This layout is ideal for groups seeking both shared spaces and private retreats.

On the ground level, the villa features a comfortable living area, dining space, fully equipped kitchen, and guest WC. A shaded pergola hosts multiple lounging and dining areas, all overlooking a swimming pool measuring 4.5 x 2 meters. This level also includes a guest house with an en-suite bedroom and auxiliary kitchen.

The upper level is dedicated to the main sleeping quarters, with four en-suite bedrooms and access to a private swimming pool measuring 11 x 6 meters, complete with sun beds. A second guest house on this level offers two en-suite bedrooms along with a living room and kitchenette.
