Perfect little spot! The place was clean and we were convenient to everything we had planned for our weekend. It was stocked well with everything we needed and more! Karen was quick to respond and a pleasure to work with, thanks so much!

Thank you, Ashley! I hope you 2 will be back - often!
The space was exactly as pictured. It’s on street level so you can hear street sounds and people walking past if they’re loud. Overall, the place was nice, in a good location, and what we needed. Karen was great with communication.
Beautiful place, great amenities! Easy access while a good sense of security at street level. Sounds do travel through the building but nothing disrespectful or of concern. Conveniently located in walking distance to all downtown attractions and Roots Market Grocers.
This property is beautiful, and it is even nicer (and bigger) than the online pictures reflect. The hostess (Karen) is extremely thoughtful, and she leaves little touches throughout to make your stay just a bit nicer and more seamless than it might otherwise be (e.g., light snacks, filtered water in the fridge, detergent in case you’d like to do a load of laundry, high quality bath products in the shower, helpful local guides on the coffee table, and more - too many to list). I highly recommend this property for location, ease of check-in and check-out, listing accuracy, cleanliness, amazing interior design choices (the kitchen granite!!!), and a fabulous, communicative, thoughtful hostess. If you’re on the fence, book this one while it’s still available for your dates. I will absolutely stay again (and check here first) for all of my future Greensboro travel.

This lovely condo is extremely clean and convenient for a visit to downtown Greensboro. Beautiful, clean, well-stocked kitchen allowed us to cook a few meals at the condo. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Bathroom was very nice with washer and dryer tucked neatly and quietly in the closet. Bedroom had a very large king bed with lots of closet space! Bed felt a bit too firm to me. Overall, a pleasant and relaxing stay for two!Parking wasn’t my favorite, but if you park on John Wesley Way, it’s safe and close to walk to the condo from there. We used quarters for the meters. 1/hrThank you for allowing us to stay at your wonderful condo!
Super clean all over, very nice large shower with a stone feature wall and body jets. There is an Irish bar 2 doors down with great nachos, burgers, and salads. 100% will book again.

Our stay was awesome! Loved the location. Uber was great getting us around so we could leave car parked. Just what we needed and such stylish design and decor! Appliances were great. Bathroom was incredible. Entry was quick and easy! Host was great to work with and provides so much! Thank you for the great stay!!
It's clean and super cute! The location is accurate. Parking on the street near the VRBO was not easy to get and is free from 6pm to 8am during the week. Communication with the owner was great!

Location couldn't have been better. My husband and I easily walked to coffee shops, breweries, restaurants, and even saw a concert at the Carolina theater.

The location is great is and only a short walk to many restaurants and local music and theatre venues.
The accommodations are clean, bright, inviting and well appointed with all the amenities of home. The king size bed was extremely comfortable.
We will definitely return in the future.

Thank you for the comment, Randy. I'm thrilled that everything was to your liking and I certainly hope that you will return often!
This unit is centrally located and the price is right. The unit is in great shape and has absolutely everything you'll need. We parked on the street for the entire week for free, and we did not see anyone giving tickets. Elm St. is just a few blocks away and there are lots of restaurants and shops. The host was very communicative and got back to us quickly on any questions. Highly recommend.

Thanks so much, Devin. I hope you two return often!
The condo was very clean but smelled of smoke. Parking near the condo was difficult. No spaces available.

Wow, Gina. I'm sorry you had that experience. Not sure where the smoke came from. And most guests comment that the parking is easy as it's right out front of the building. I certainly hope you'll be back and have a better experience!
