Located in central SRQ, this beautiful property is within a 10 minute drive to downtown & within 15-20 minutes to Siesta Key Beach, St. Armand's Circle, Lido Key Beach, and a variety of local restaurants and shopping centers. This 2019 home has a new and fully-stocked kitchen, 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a porch, an outdoor patio area & a front lock that allows for self check-in. Mixed feelings

A newer remodel that was quiet and has a private (all be it small) backyard. The upkeep of the neighborhood leaves something to be desired. The amenities that were provided were many. Kara, took care of any questions we had. She was even driving over to make sure we could get the Super Bowl on our TV. Regretfully, there were no TVs in any of the three bedrooms.

Convenient location with well equipped kitchen.

We benefitted from the well equipped kitchen and gas grill. The beds were very comfortable for all. The living room couches were very comfortable as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Our second stay

This was our second stay at this property, and it was just as good as the first time. The home is very clean and in good repair. The furniture and beds are very comfortable. Some nice touches are included, such as a welcome basket with snacks, and generous quantities of coffee (K-cups). The property manager is very friendly and responsive. Overall, we highly recommend this vacation rental.
