Please Note:

• Guests must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation, in accordance with resort policy.

Parking & Resort Registration

Boardwalk Beach Resort requires all guests to complete a mandatory pre-registration prior to arrival. A registration link will be sent closer to your check-in date with instructions for completing this process.

Required Resort Fees:

• Parking Passes: $50 plus applicable taxes per reservation (includes up to two (2) parking passes)
• Resort Armbands: $6 plus applicable taxes per guest

Parking passes and resort-issued armbands are required for all guests and must be obtained through the resort registration process prior to arrival.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The condo needs to be left in the same condition as you found it upon check-in. The cleaning fee is for a basic departure clean.
An excessive cleaning fee will be charged if the home is not left in good condition.
Please do not move furniture in the condo as this can result in damages to the walls and floors.

Very clean, neat, well stocked and well maintained. No check in/check out issues. Just what we needed for 4 adults and 2 children. Beach toys available. The only small issue is even noticed, we two of the stove knobs we loose and didnt work. Great place to stay, beautiful views, not crowded. We will be back.

This is a great condo! The facilities are great! Be sure to check your email before you get there for the parking email so that you can fill out the information and pay for the parking and wristbands ahead of time. Otherwise you have to fill it out when you get there to the condo before you unload. It is also very convenient to most places!

The condo was clean. The pool and beach were great.The mattresses and pillows were hard. And wasn’t expecting 50 parking pass and the extra fees of the wrist bands.

Clean, beautiful view of Gulf, and location were very positive. Having to purchase parking tag and wrist bands after renting was a negative, as that was not mentioned in VRBO listing. Also Wi-Fi was very slow.

The communication with the owners of the condo was incredible. Marvin replied within at least 20-30 minutes every time I asked a question. The condo unit itself was beautiful, spacious, and the property is one of our favorites. I would suggest though, that they need new cleaners and a proper deep clean of the unit.

Wonderful condo!

We had an amazing experience at this condo! The owners were so kind and very attentive to our needs. We are so thankful for the hospitality! The unit was as described, decorated nicely, and had everything you could ever need! The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen we've stayed in! The only small suggestions I would make are a full length mirror and a safe. I highly recommend this condo!

The stay over all was good. There was a few things maintenance needed to fix but could not accommodate us at our stay. 1. The main sliding door to the balcony was broke so everyone had to come through my wife and I bedroom to enjoy the balcony. 2. The toaster did not work. Other than that we had a pleasant time
