Great mini-vacation with friends!

This house was super clean, conveniently located to Holiday Valley and Ellicottsville, and very comfortable for all 12 of us! We had the best time!

Beautiful home!

We just returned from a few days in Ellicottville with some friends and our kids for New Year’s. The home was beautiful, a great location a few miles out of town and close to Holiday Valley. Tina was wonderful to communicate with! We would love to come back!

Birthday stay

My daughter wanted a small trip instead of big party for her 16th birthday. Myself and a small group of her friends spent the weekend with her here. It was a great time and despite the weather, the girls took full advantage of the house amenities. It was clean and lots of room for all.
