Cozy apartment with terrace and parking at the house in a historic fisherman's house Sassnitz. The apartment is located in the old town of Sassnitz only 3 minutes from the water, from where you reach the chalk cliffs and the harbor.

Directly in the old town of Sassnitz in the popular Rosenstrasse, which leads directly to the sea. The Rosenstrasse lives up to its name and is lovingly cared for by its residents. Roses decorate the property and the entire street. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The white sandy beach is only 15 minutes by car. The Jasmund National Park is only a 10-minute walk away.

The cozy apartment has a living room with adjoining terrace, bedroom with double bed, practical kitchen and modern bathroom with shower.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in schöner Altstadtlage

Es war ein wunderschöner und sehr erholsamer Urlaub in Sassnitz. Die geräumige Ferienwohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Lage in der Altstadt ist zentral und trotzdem angenehm ruhig. In ein paar Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß den Strand, den Hafen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.Diese Unterkunft ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Die Fewo ist mit allen erdenklichen Dingen super ausgestattet, gut geschnitten und hat eine Top-Lage, die einfach Spaß macht. In 10 min bequem zum Hafen, alles fußläufig und für den PKW einen Stellplatz am Haus. Mir und meinem Sohn hat es gefallen!

Wir waren Anfang September 2024 in Sassnitz in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung! Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Altstadt, 5 min zum Bäcker und an die See! Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr nette Vermietet! Jederzeit kommen wir gerne wieder!

Sassnitz die 2.

Der Urlaub in Sassnitz war erholsam und schön. Die Gegend ist hervoragend zum Wandern geeignet. Die Schäden der Sturmflut sind soweit beseitigt das man wieder an der Hafenmole spazieren gehen kann. Die Wohnung ist klein und schnuckelig und mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht..Wir wären keine Wiederholungstäter wenn es uns letztes Jahr nicht so gut gefallen hätte. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Ferienwohnung Terra hat uns sehr gefallen, es hat nichts gefehlt. Die Einrichtung ist gut durchdacht und sehr ansprechend und gemütlich. Auch an einem Regentag gibt es Zerstreuung durch eine kleine Auswahl an Büchern. Zu Fuß ist man schnell an der Promenade und am Hafen. Für 2 Personen perfekt.

Hallo Steffi, uns hat es in der FeWo sehr gut gefallen. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und nett eingerichtet. Die Lage im Zentrum von Sassnitz und die Umgebung ist perfekt. Die Bäckerei für die Frühstücksbrötchen ist fußläufig erreichbar und die anderen Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind ebenfalls gut erreichbar. Also rundum eine gelungene Sache. VG A. Beller

Kurzurlaub

Wir hatten fünf Tage mit durchwachsenem Wetter, eben Ostseeküste, in einer absolut zu empfehlenden Ferienwohnung. Die Altstadt von Sassnitz sucht eigentlich seinesgleichen und ist nicht zu vergleichen mit dem Schicki Micki Theater von Binz.
