It has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and sleeps 8 comfortably. You can kayak/paddle board, peddle boat or fish in secluded pond located right behind home! The lower level of this home is a full recreation area for the family complete with a pool table, air hockey, foosball, darts, TV, reading /relaxing nook, kids PUPPET THEATER & playroom, games and more!! The house overlooks a secluded pond and you can sit outside and enjoy the view while toasting s’mores by the fire pit!
Just two hours from NYC and Philadelphia. As part of The Hideout, guests will have access to 5 lakes, 2 beaches, marina with kayak/canoe rentals, private 9-hole golf course, 2 heated outdoor pools and kiddie pool, outdoor Just a 5 minute walk from the Marina and Roamingwood park with grills and picnic tables to fish and play on the lake all day or a 5 minute drive to either beach and the main pool.
****Please Note: This home is located in a secured, gated, private community. You will need to fill out a rental contract and agree to the community and house rules. Any violations will be subject to citations from the community and possible eviction from the property. It will be sent to you by our property manager upon booking. This will need to be completed and signed, (to include the names, ages, addresses and relationships to you for all of your guests) for entrance into the community. This will need to be completed within 72 hours prior to your arrival or the community will assess a $100 late fee that you will be responsible for. You may not exceed the max amount of people allowed and there are no more than 4 cars allowed in the driveway. No other guests can visit the lot while you are there. Items provided in the home to include games, appliances etc. are subject to change without notice.****
