Ok stay, had some issues.

Overall stay was ok. We had difficulty getting in and out of the house with the door lock. We were given a code but no other instructions and the code did not lock the front door. I asked for a key from the owner and she never responded. One room had cockroaches and spiders in one of the rooms. There was stains on the sofa. Not all of the burners on the stove worked and the ones that did were tricky to turn on. Overall ok experience.

Horrible

She canceled the reservation on us last minute. When contacted her to get the code of for the property and we were getting ignored and sent to voice-mail. After I called vrbo customer service, that when she tried tried to call and message us back apologize saying that she messaged us weeks ago saying the house was unavailable. She should canceled our reservation and refunded us. She also only gave partial refund and vrbo had to give us the full. Absolutely horrible experience.

Thankful for Family Thanksgiving get-away

Some came from PA some came from AZ to visit our Austin family. The home was complete with all amenities needed for the 5 of us. Dishwasher, washer and dryer and 2 complete baths and a powder room! If I had any negative it would be that we were a little short on towels - bath and kitchen. The washer helped for us to refresh what we did have though.
