About this property

New house with a maritime atmosphere, large terrace and Mexican colors

Our new duplex duplex, BJ 2018, based on maritime traditions and with Mexican interior u. Exterior influences, is located in the gated community Residential Palma Grand. A beautiful, 20m long pool with pool bar and social room. Grill and dining area is about 80m away. (3 houses away) It is a very quiet place with a view of a small section of forest and old trees, which always has some shade on the 110m2 patio u. Terrace area throws.

The distance to Cancun Airport, located north, is only 20 minutes. / 20km. Playa del Carmen is located 20 km south. Vidanta, where the Circle du Solei show takes place, is only 8 km away. The position between the two cities Cancun and Playa del Carmen and exactly on the Rua des Cenotes country road to the island of Holbox, but also to Valladolid and Merida is ideal for day trips.

The ferry to Cozumel or the Mayan city of Tulum is about 60 minutes away. reachable. The Mayan city of COBA, with the only pyramid that can still be climbed, is about 120km away.

Our duplex was handed over in May 2018. The furniture is of high quality from solid wood furniture from MARBOL. Our 110m2 patio consisting of beautiful terracotta tiles and a carpet of stone design tiles is unique in the complex.

A nice BBQ area with grill in the shady area of the patio invites you to grill.

Our location on the edge of the Pueblo Puerto Morelos is ideal. Short distances on foot or by bike to the next OXXO shop or to the AKI or the Super CHEDRAUI. Cafe u. Snack around the corner.

Three parking spaces in front of the house.

Our beach is located on an offshore island that can be reached via a 3km long lagoon road. Everything is still authentic here. No mass tourism.
