About this property

Surrounded by water, you can enjoy a particularly maritime vacation at OstseeResort Olpenitz: this floating house is located on a pontoon directly in the Olpenitz Marina on the coast of the Baltic Sea. Enjoy the view over the sailboats and the glittering waves from your large roof terrace or relax in the sauna after a long walk on the beach.

On the first floor of the house you will find the two comfortable bedrooms, equipped with a double bed and two single beds respectively. Thanks to the panoramic windows, you can still enjoy the view over the waves from your bed. In addition to the bedrooms, you will find the modern shower room and one of the highlights of the house, the sauna overlooking water.
One floor up is the large, open-plan living area complete with modern kitchenette. Thanks to the floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows, it is particularly bright and inviting here.
The car can be parked on the shore in the immediate vicinity of the floating house.

The marina's bathing bay can be reached quickly with a short walk, and it is also not far to the kilometer-long sandy beach of the Baltic Sea, which stretches down to Schönhagen. Please note that fishing is not allowed in the marina basin. The new vacation home area is currently being built on the former naval area in Olpenitz on more than 150 hectares.

*** Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction. We ask for your understanding that some views are impaired, as the development of the site is not yet completed. There may still be construction activities in the vicinity of the house. Small children should be supervised outside due to the construction situation. The rental price is already calculated based on this construction situation; further discounts are excluded. ***

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 22.50 per person or bring their own. Das Hausboot ist sehr schön, aber leider mussten wir erstmal sauber machen. Der hohe Preis für die Endreinigung ist nicht gerechtfertigt, wenn man feststellt wie geputzt worden ist. Die Agentur hatte uns allerdings angeboten, wir sollten uns melden, wenn etwas nicht in Ordnung ist, haben aber vorgezogen, es selbst zu machen, nachdem die Öffnungszeiten der Agentur immer erst Nachmittags waren. Aber unsere Ansprechpartnerin dort war ausgesprochen nett.

Alles ok. Lediglich erforderliche Endreinigung seitens des Gastes und ggf.. zusätzlich anfallende Kosten erfährt man erst vor Ort im Haus. Und dies auch nur beim Lesen des Ordners. Ansonsten entstehen für jeden einzelnen Arbeitsschritt am Tag der Abreise ( Müll wegbringen, Betten abziehen, Spülmaschine ausräumen…) jeweils zusätzlich 5€.
