Welcome to our newly renovated in 2018 and furnished apartment in the heart of the capital of the Erzgebirge Annaberg-Buchholz! In 5 minutes walk you can reach all sights of our city on foot. Our holiday home has 2 separate bedrooms, each with a high-quality box spring bed plus an additional sleeping area for 1-2 children. Enjoy your holidays with us on the terrace with barbecue or on the spacious balcony of the apartment with access from the living room or bedroom. The kitchen has sufficient dishes, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, 4-ring ceramic hob and oven and refrigerator. The bathroom has a large corner bath, a shower and toilet. For longer stays you will appreciate washer and dryer.

Alles bestens. Skigebiet Fichtelberg ist schnell zu erreichen. Annaberg ist ein schöner Ort. Wohnung war ideal geeignet. Kontakt nmit der Vermieterin war sehr nett.

Vielen Dank für Ihre gute Bewertung. Es freut uns, dass es Ihnen bei uns gut gefallen hat. Während Ihres Aufenthaltes war die Außentemperatur bei durchschnittlich 30 Grad, durch die gute Isolierung der Wohnung ist diese gerade bei heißen Außentemperaturen angenehm kühl. Die Fußbodenheizung funktioniert ganzjährig und kann durch den Gast selbst auf eine für ihn angenehme Temperatur reguliert werden. Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Außenplätze, der Balkon ist überdacht und in Südwestlage. Durch umstehende Bäume kommt es hier zur Schattenbildung. Die seitliche Terrasse ist in Südlage und komplett sonnig.

Mooie vakantiewoning in Annaberg-Buchholz

Nette vakantiewoning met alles er op en er aan. Twee zitjes met goede stoelen en een bbq. Handdoeken hoef je ook niet mee te nemen. De woning is vlakbij het centrum, alles is wel heuvel op en af. De eigenaars zijn aardig en behulpzaam. Enig minpuntje vonden wij de kussens van het bed.
