About this property

This well-equipped, private, and unpretentious room has a private entrance and locking doors. The private bathroom is accessed through a hallway. The bathroom has some basic toiletries in case you forget anything. The bedroom has a desk where you can work while also having a great view of the yard. Keep your dinner “to go” box in the room’s mini fridge for a late night snack. You can wind down in the evening lounging on the day bed. The room is also equipped with a TCL Roku smart TV.

You will be staying in a quiet, and gorgeous, residential neighborhood. It is secluded yet has easy access to shopping, dining, and I-465. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the patio before starting your day! There are numerous squirrels and chipmunks that frolic in the yard. If you’re lucky, you will spot a deer walking through the yards visiting the neighbors.

Lovely little place in a quiet spot close to a cool neighborhood

Everything was super straightforward. Realtors would call it quaint. The little touches were nice. All the little details were taken care of. Would stay again next time we are in Indy.

Phenomenal private getaway convenient to shopping and restaurants.

My husband and I just wanted a 2 day getaway of food and fun. The property was clean, cozy and convenient to everything we wanted. We also loved the neighborhood.

Close to Indy Downtown

Great people to work with. They really helped me out of a Jam when another VRBO cancelled on me at the last minute. Beautiful neighborhood, close to town, clean, and private. Entrance in the back of the home. Nice off street parking. Bath is not attached, but never saw anyone in the very short hallway to get to it. This was close to food and gas and shopping. We loved our stay.

Excellent, well kept property

The house was very nice! It was clean, well kept and lit. It felt very safe for both my girlfriend and myself. The owner made the check in process super easy and was available to help as needed. Highly recommend this place!

While the residential neighborhood in Windcombe seems like a slice of the countryside, we are strategically positioned to give you easy access to work, shopping, and dining.

The house is occupied so you will hear some comings and goings. There is no excessive noise.
