We loved the location of your property, and the studio apartment was adorable and in a lovely area. We really enjoyed walking into town. Our only disappointment was that we were unable to keep our bikes in your garage as you had originally said we could because you put up a gate that cut us off from your garage. One more minor comment: we'd suggest you stock more toilet paper :)

We had a great time on our long weekend in Saratoga Springs. John, our host, was responsive and friendly, and the apartment, cozy, clean with everything you need. Location was perfect as we were headed to the races. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Inside the property everything was clean & the host's communication, good. The plug in the bathroom is faulty and needs to be replaced or fixed. The outside of the property is in need of lots of TLC! The porch is missing a railing and the steps are uneven. This could be a hazard for safety reasons.

I’m sorry you had such a bad experience at my place. The plug in the bathroom worked you just tripped the gfci outlet, if you notified me about it I could have easily fixed it. In the future I’d highly recommend reaching out to the host for any minor issues, they can fix it quickly.
