Gulf Terrace is a gated community with 3 pools, a fishing pond, and tennis courts. The main bedroom has a queen bed, the enclosed porch has a full bed, and the sofa sleeper has a queen mattress, so the condo sleeps 6. Two bathrooms make getting ready for a day at the beach go twice as fast. Washer and dryer, dishwasher, 2 televisions and Wi-Fi are all included.

Homey Community

Located in an outdated building & location, but we had no problems with neighbors and residents. The inside is very clean, well decorated, and up to date. Every space inside is well used and includes all the necessities you need: washer & dryer, dish washer, and 2 full bathrooms. Great location, close to everything!

Dog friendly condo

Enjoyed the convenience of opening the sliding doors and taking the dog for a walk. Also enjoyed the lake and watching turtles and ducks. There is also a nice dog park 1/2 mile from the condo. The city beach was close to a mile away and a good walk. We could also walk to Starbucks and a few restaurants. Kitchen had all the supplies we needed for cooking many meals. Some reviews complained about upstairs noise but we had quiet overhead neighbors. Thanks for a great stay.

Cute little beach getaway

Perfect space for all of us! The set up was very accommodating! The location was perfect to get to all of the places we wanted to go! Overall great little place for a weekend getaway!

Felt Clean and Safe

stayed here for a couple days with my sister and some friends for her Bachelorette party. The place was clean and in a safe area. There was plenty of space for us and we were all really happy with the condo. The only issue we encountered was the guest shower did not seem to have hot water. (But this may have been a user-error) We didn’t mind sharing the master bathroom, and overall really enjoyed our stay!
