We are a company that owns several apartments for rent. We specialize in foreing tenants since 1987. All our apartments are comfortable furnished and fully equipped. They are located in Santo Domingo, capital city of Dominican Republic.

Why they chose this property

The apartment offers everything you need to make your stay pleasant and unforgettable:
2 comfortable bedrooms - 1 double bed and 1 single bed, both with air conditioning, ceiling fans, closet and bathroom; A fully equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker), living room with TV and ceiling fan, comfortable dining room for 6 people, balcony with view to the Caribbean Sea, internet service and a washer machine.

We do not have a designated parking, but you can park easily and safe in the street.

If required, we can have an air mattress for a 4th person.

As you will be located in the oldest part of the city, please note that there's no hot water and the water pressure can be an issue sometimes.
