Rich was a gracious host who assisted and accomodated us with whatever we needed. He purchased snacks and juice boxes for our children. The property was well taken care of, clean, with a vast amount of cooking and cleaning supplies. The appliances were clean and farely new. The condo is spacous with walk in closets. Overall our family enjoyed there stay.

February 2025 visit

We had an amazing stay at the property. Very central to everything in Scottsdale and North Scottsdale. Very near Phoenix as well. Good shopping and restaurants nearby. Complex is nice and residents are friendly. Rich was very attentive. Overall great experience for our first long-term stay in the area.

Our host Rich was wonderful. He checked in on us to make sure we had all we needed or if he could help us in any way. The condo was very clean, had everything you could need. Beds were very nice. It was nice to have lap blankets available for our use in the living room. We will definitely be back again next year!!! Thank you Rich for a stress free stay.

Joshua Tree Stay

We really enjoyed staying at the Joshua Tree for 6 days. All accommodations and ammenities were available to us. The Condo was well supplied with items we could utilize, even though we did not use all furnishings. I did not realize childrens toys and a back pack were available to us, stored in the 2nd bedroom closet--no children with us and we had our own backpack, but nice ammenities if they would have been needed. Thanks to all who cleaned the unit for our stay. All was great. Dianna and Bob

The owners were great at communicating. The place is very nicely decorated and clean! Great location to shops and restaurants. My kids loved the pool and the hot tub that are steps away. Neighbors were very friendly. I would highly recommend to group of adults or families!

Location, Location and Wonderful Openness !!!

Location, Location and Wonderful Openness !!! The Boho Cactus Condo is all it is advertised and listed in VRBO and so much more. It is close to everything; to include Old Scottsdale, Kierland, Camelback Mountain and access to the rest of Phoenix in a beautiful part of Paradise Valley. We have stayed at several different condos in the 9 years we have been coming to Scottsdale and none of the condos have the charm and features the Boho Catus Condo does. The floor plan and openness is filled with fantastic light from all angles. Two different patios to enjoy sun or shade! We enjoyed both, which were great for the end of the day or early morning coffee. We both thought the kitchen was extremely organized and stocked with every amenity and feature. With the breakfast bar that we utilized day to day. The condo was spacious and would be perfect for extended stay – which we hope to do again. The condo was recommended by a traveling nurse friend and can understand why this is a ‘first choice’ due to the amenities, washer & dryer and new remodel with huge closets and tasteful decorating. What a delightful place to stay. Special thanks to Rich, our host who was charmingly responsive to all questions we had leading up to our stay. Including a covered parking space just outside the door.
